Final piece's.

Here are my 3 final piece images I created inspired by René Magritte. 

I decided to take a twist on his work, and was influenced by drugs/drug paraphernalia. 

When you first look at the images you don't realise what they are of until you read the text and think it over. 

It is a way of manipulating the truth within the images. 

I took a series of photos and then went on to edit them in photoshop, using the same typeface throughout. 

I thought they were very successful final pieces.

Religion - Fantasy or truth? experimental photos.

For this series of photos I took into consideration the idea of how some people do not believe in heaven / angels etc, and whether it falls under either fantasy or fiction? 

I made a visit to my local cemetery where I captured these images.

I took the images into photoshop where I experimented with colour schemes and composition. 

Tarot Cards

Here I created a scene made to look like a tarot card reader's work space. I have included the box of cards, crystals and tea lights. I took a variety of shots including close up's, and wide angle shots. 

I feel as though these images are very suited to the theme of fantasy and truth, because depending on the person it could fit into either of those category's. 

Nature shots.

Here are some images I captured of a variety of flowers. 

The flowers captured were all wild flowers found all around wem, I feel they are very true to the town as its also 'the home of the sweet pea'. Wem also has a flower show based around this once a year, so this is what intrigued me to take these images. 

I took the photos into photoshop where i adjusted the levels, including the brightness, contrast and saturation.
